A: Homeowner Association dues are due by August 31st of each year.
Q: Can an individual not living in your community use your pool?
A: No, the homeowners that makeup the Valley View Homeowner's Association pay due every year that pay for the maintenance and upkeep of the pool. In addition, the association pays insurance to cover any liability issues for the pool. Anybody that is not part of the association is not covered.
